INSTALLATION GUIDE
Modded Minecraft can be intimidating with the various installations, configurations and hours of troubleshooting. To prevent this, we've prepared an installation guide.
The I.K.W.I.D Modpack can either be installed via Curseforge or MultiMC. We recommend installing via MultiMC for the best experience.

INSTALLING VIA MULTIMC
Visit the MultiMC website and download the version appropriate for your computer
Extract the files and run MultiMC.exe
Proceed through the quick setup, making sure to set the "Minimum memory allocation" as 2048 MB and the "Maxmimum memory allocation" as 8192 MB
In MultiMC, click the "Profiles" dropdown and then "Manage Accounts", then add your account.
Download the modpack zip file and save it locally, then click "Add Instance". Choose the "Import from zip" option, then choose the downloaded zip file.
Double-click the newly created icon in MultiMC to start your adventure!

INSTALLATION VIA CURSEFORGE
Visit the Curseforge website and download the version appropriate for your computer
Open the installer and follow the instructions to complete the installation.
Launch Curseforge and login (you will need a Twitch account to do so)

HAVING ISSUES? OR ISSUES LOADING I.K.W.I.D
HAVING FPS ISSUES OR ISSUES LOADING VAULT HUNTERS?
Make sure you have allocated at least 6gb of RAM in your launcher, as the guide above suggests
MipMap is on by default, and will be turned on with every new update to the pack. This can decrease FPS massively on certain CPU's. We recommend testing turning it off by turning your game off, then locating options.txt inside your instance folder (to get to your instance folder, right click your instance in the launcher and select "Minecraft Folder"). Inside options.txt find a line called mipmapLevels:4 and set it to mipmapLevels:0, then save the file.
